castleukHi everyone
Does anyone know the names of the 2 castle photos i've put in the photo archive.
There in English castles and then in Saltwood Castle, i know Saltwood, its the other 2 i'm after, ones in South Wales near Carmarthen perhaps and the other in England or Ireland.
Thanks for your help Chris www.castleuk.net
The castle location website
ipfloThe one in south Wales is definitely Carmarthen Castle. You can see it very clearly on the pic on http://www.llanegwad-carmarthen.co.uk/castlelaugharn.htm, the side of the castle is the rightside on the pic of this site.

the third pic is probably a castle in scotland (or better/ safely said it can also be castle in scotland), because i think i remember it from a book about scottish castle, but i don't remember the name

ipfloas i said 2 hours ago: i recognize it as a scottish castle and it is so. i have made a quick search in my libray and there was the book : ancestral castles of scotland hy hugh cantlie and sampson lloyd (photos).

The castle is Delgatie Castle in Aberdeenshire.

On the following site http://www.clanhay.net/CASTLES/Delgatie.html you can find info about the castle with exactly the same picture as yours and on http://perso.club-internet.fr/vmillat/chateaux_ecossais/castles/delgatie_castle.htm you can find another nice pic

castleukHi ipflo
Thanks alot for your help.
Chris
A KnightThe South Wales Castle is Laugharne Castle in Carmarthenshire.
